Having all the guests feel welcomed and relaxed at both ceremonies was very special. As a biracial couple, it was important to us that the two cultures — American and Pakistani — were combined in a seamless and beautiful way.

Mehndi is a fun-filled Pakistani event celebrated with close friends and family. It is the most celebratory event of the marriage and culminates in singing and dancing. Typical traditions include a bride and groom escort, Henna application, dinner and festive choreographed dances.
