A Wedding at Church of the Most Holy Trinity

“It was an incredibly special day, but my favorite part was our first look. It was just Ron and me having a few quiet moments together on the front porch of Rosemary Inn. It was wonderful.”

April 30, 2022

• The veil that Cara wore was originally worn by her husband’s great-grandmother. Cara was the 33rd woman to wear the veil.

• The night before their wedding, Cara and Ron participated in a customary Indian ceremonial tradition of feeding candies to one another.

• For the reception, the pair decided on two venues – the Pinnacle Club and Edgars Above Broad. The more formal reception was held at the Pinnacle Club. The couple decided on Edgars Above Broad for a more modern and funky reception.

• The night before the wedding at the rehearsal, the priest leaned over and told Cara she couldn’t get married the following day in Georgia. Ron mistakenly applied for the marriage license in South Carolina! Instead of panicking, the couple drove across the bridge to be “officially” married before their Georgia ceremony later that evening.
