‘Tis the Season for Cocktails!

Celebrate the December holidays with these five festive drinks that burst with flavor.

Standing Under the MistleGrove

1.5 oz.  Bently Heritage Juniper Grove Atrium Gin 
1 oz. cranberry juice
0.5 oz. Carpano Bitters
0.5 oz. simple syrup
0.25 oz. dry vermouth

Stir ingredients together. Garnish with an orange twist, fresh rosemary and thyme. Serve up or on the rocks. Enjoy.

0.5 oz. elderflower liqueur
2 drops orange water
Splash cranberry juice
Sparkling wine

Combine ingredients and garnish with a  1/2 sugar rim, fresh cranberry and a rosemary sprig.

Ballotin Bushwacker

1.5 oz. Ballotin Original Chocolate Whiskey 
0.5 oz. dark rum 
0.5 oz. coffee liqueur 
0.5 oz. Real Cream of Coconut 
1.5 oz. whole milk
Chocolate syrup for garnish 

Shake all ingredients with ice in a mixing tin. Squeeze chocolate syrup around the inside of a pint glass. Fill with ice and strain.

Banana Gram

1 oz. WhiskeySmith Banana
1.75 oz. fresh lime juice
0.25 oz. raspberry liqueur
0.25 oz. honey passionfruit syrup

Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with banana and lime slices.

The Doggfather

1.5 oz. Indoggo
0.75 oz. 19Crimes Cali Red
2-3 fresh strawberries
3-4 mint leaves
0.75 oz. cucumber simple syrup (or 0.75 oz. simple syrup and 2-3 cucumber slices)
3 oz. ginger beer

In a cocktail server, add simple syrup and strawberries, mint leaves and cucumbers, muddle together. Add Indoggo and ice, shake. Strain into a glass with ice. Top with ginger beer, leaving room at the top. Using the back of a spoon, slowly add wine to layer the cocktail. Garnish with fresh mint. Stir to incorporate before drinking.
